Point 1 - High-Definition Vision
Plain-weave PET monofilament mesh with ultra-fine, uniform openings. Based on the pinhole imaging principle, it blocks mosquitoes while keeping high light transmission and a clear, unobstructed view. Mesh surface is flat, crisp and wrinkle-resistant for a neat installation.
Point 2 - Effective Mosquito & Insect Barrier
Warp 26 × weft 24 mesh with consistent opening size and even yarn tension physically prevents mosquitoes, flies and insects from entering rooms. Ideal for sliding windows and roller-type screens in homes, offices, shops and warehouses.
Point 3 - Flame-Retardant & Safety Compliance
The screen exhibits low flammability and helps slow down fire spread, complying with FMVSS-302 (U.S.) standard. Meets ISO 4892-3:2016 weather-resistance requirements. Passes 500h aging test (about 5 years of service) and stays stable at 95°C - no oxidation, shrinkage or deformation.
Point 4 - Easy Cleaning & Long Service Life
Does not easily attract dust or oil stains; does not fade during regular cleaning (color fastness to light Level 4.5); can be wiped clean in one pass. Fabric weight 47±2 g/m², shrinkage ≤0.1% below 50°C. Normal service life about 5 years under proper use.
Point 5 - Flexible Factory Support
Source factory offering width 0.6m-3m (stock 0.8m-1.5m), 50m per roll, black in stock with custom colors available. Yarn-dyed by color masterbatch, no coating, plain weave. Product Overview
PET 26x24 Mesh is a flat-woven polyester monofilament window screen produced by FRS (Haining Yiheng Textile Co., Ltd.). The mesh counts 26 warp by 24 weft threads per inch with filament diameters of 0.175 mm by 0.135 mm, reaching a weight of 47 ± 2 g/m2. It is solution-dyed with masterbatch and woven without any coating, so the color is locked into the filament itself. The result is a smooth, dimensionally stable screen that physically blocks mosquitoes and insects while keeping the view clear and the room airy.
